Step by step instructions

  1. Sit on a flat bench with your legs spread and your feet flat on the floor. Grap the dumbbell and place your elbow against your inner thigh.
  2. While keeping your upper arm stationary, raise the weight until your bicep is fully contracted.
  3. Slowly lower the weight until your arm is extended.
  4. Repeat for desired reps and continue with other arm.
