Step by step instructions

  1. Stand up straight with the bar positioned across your shoulders slightly below your neck.
  2. Step forward with your first leg until your back knee almost makes contact with the floor.
  3. Bring your back leg forward and stand up.
  4. Repeat for desired reps alternating your left and right leg.
