Do not swing your body when raising the weight. Use only your shoulder to raise the weight.

Step by step instructions

  1. Grasp hand attachment and stand with arm extended with a slight bend at your elbow.
  2. While keeping your elbow in a fixed position, raise your arm until is is slightly above parallel.
  3. Lower weight to your starting position.
  4. Repeat for desired reps and continue with other arm.
