Your machine may have different instructions. Follow the instructions on the machine you are using.

Step by step instructions

  1. Sit on machine and adjust seat and/or lower pad so lower pad is just above your feet.
  2. Adjsut the back of the seat (or add a back pad) to allow your back to press against the back support.
  3. Grap handles and raise weight until your legs are fully extended.
  4. Slowly lower weight to your starting position.
  5. Repeat for desired reps.
