Step by step instructions

  1. Lie face down on a flat surface with your arms extended above your head.
  2. At the same time, raise your legs, arms and chest off the floor. Hold for 1-3 seconds.
  3. Slowly lower your body until your toes, hands and chest touch the floor.
  4. Repeat for desired reps.

Great for core and lower back. This exercise is great for baseball pitchers.
