Strength Training Exercise - Bicep Curl

Try not to rock back and forth when performing this exercise. Use your biceps to raise the weight, not your whole body. You can do both arms at the same time or alternate.

Step by step instructions

  1. Hold dumbbells with palms facing in and arms extended.
  2. Raise weight until your bicep is fully contracted. While raising weight, rotate your foream until your palm is facing your shoulder.
  3. Slowly lower the weight until your arms are fully extended and your palms are facing in once again.
  4. Repeat for desired reps.

Great overall bicep exercise. I prefer to alternate arms.

Keep in mind that good form is more important than heavier weight.
