Step by step instructions

  1. Stand up straight and grasp the bar. Your arms should have a slight bend at the elbow.
  2. Keeping your arms straight, pull the bar down until your hands are next to your thighs.
  3. Still keeping your arms straight, slowly return the bar up.
  4. Repeat for desired reps.
