Step by step instructions

  1. Stand up on machine with the balls of your feet on platform and heels extending off of it.
  2. Grasp handles and raise weight by extending your ankles as high as possible.
  3. Slowly return weight until you feel a stretch in your calves.
  4. Repeat for desired reps.
