Try not to rock back and forth when performing this exercise. Use your biceps to raise the weight, not your whole body.

Step by step instructions

  1. Hold bar with a shoulder width grip.
  2. Raise bar until your biceps are fully contracted.
  3. Slowly lower the weight until your arms are fully extended.
  4. Repeat for desired reps.
