Step by step instructions

  1. Sit on machine with your arms extended and your chest against the pad. Grap handles with your palms facing down.
  2. Pull the weight back until your elbows are behind your back.
  3. Slowly return weight until your arms are extended.
  4. Repeat for desired reps.
