Step by step instructions

  1. Lie on the floor with your arms extended and your hands slightly wider than shoulder width.
  2. While keeping your body straight, lower yourself to the floor until your chest almost touches the floor.
  3. Push your upper body back up squeezing your chest muscles.
  4. Repeat for desired reps.
