Be sure to keep your back straight, head up, feet flat on the floor and arms straight to sides for each rep. Your knees should always be pointing in the same direction as your toes.

Step by step instructions

  1. Hold dumbbells with palms facing in and arms by your side.
  2. Lower the weight until your thighs are parallel with the floor.
  3. Raise the weight until your legs are fully extended.
  4. Repeat for desired reps.
