Step by step instructions

  1. Lie flat on the bench and secure your ankles.
  2. Adjust the upper pad so your hips are supported and you can bend completely at your waist.
  3. Cross your arms or put them behind your head.
  4. While keeping your back flat, bend forward at the waist.
  5. Slowly raise your torso to your starting position.
  6. Repeat for desired reps.
