Step by step instructions
- Lie on the machine with knees a few inches below the pad.
- Grasp the handles looking forward.
- When lifting, keep the hips flat to the pads to allow for the focus muscle group to perform the lifting.
- Return legs to just before resting position.
- Repeat for desired reps.
