You have the option of keeping your feet together or having one foot in front of the other.

Step by step instructions

  1. With each pulley positioned above your head, stand in the middle of both pulleys with a hand attachment in each hand.
  2. Bend slightly at your knees, hips and elbows.
  3. While keeping your elbows in a fixed position and squeezing your chest muscles, bring pulleys together in a hugging motion until your hands meet.
  4. Slowly return weight until you feel a stretch in your chest.
  5. Repeat for desired reps.
