Step by step instructions

  1. Sit on machine with back flat against pad and grasp the handles.
  2. Push hands together until they meet making sure to squeeze your chest muscles.
  3. Slowly return until you feel a stretch in your chest muscles.
  4. Repeat for desired reps.
