Step by step instructions

  1. While standing up hold a dumbbell in each hand by your side with your palms facing in toward your body.
  2. Keeping your upper arm stationary, raise the weight until the dumbbell is at shoulder level.
  3. Slowly lower weight until your arms are fully extended.
  4. Repeat for desired reps alternating left and right.
