Step by step instructions

  1. Place left knee and left hand on a flat bench.
  2. Grasp dumbbell on floor.
  3. Bring weight up to side of chest, making sure your elbow is close to your body.
  4. Return weight until arm is extended.
  5. Repeat for desired reps and continue with left arm.
