Step by step instructions

  1. Press your back against the pad, rest your forearms on the arm pads and grap the handles. Step off from the platform letting your legs dangle.
  2. Raise your knees until your upper legs are parallel to the ground.
  3. Slowly lower your knees until your legs are fully extended.
  4. Repeat for desired reps.
