Strength Training Exercise - Incline Bench Press

If you are new to this exercise or are using a heavy weight, we recommend you use a spotter.

Step by step instructions

  1. Sit down on an inclined bench with dumbbells resting on your lower thighs.
  2. Kick weight to shoulders and lie back.
  3. With dumbbells at the side of your chest, push them up until your arms are extended.
  4. Slowly lower weight until dumbbells are at the side of your chest.
  5. Repeat for desired reps.
