Step by step instructions

  1. Jog at 50% max for 5 minutes
  2. Fast Run at 80% of max for 1 minute
  3. Jog at 50% max for 4 minutes
  4. Fast Run at 80% of max for 1 minute
  5. Jog at 50% max for 3 minutes
  6. Fast Run at 80% of max for 1 minute
  7. Jog at 50% max for 2 minutes
  8. Sprint full speed at 100% for 40 seconds followed by a 5 min cool down jog at 30 % max

Looks like a good one. Will have to try it when I need to mix things up a bit.

For a more challenging workout, try it on an incline.
