Just a regular guy with a passion for martial arts(mixed), bodybuilding and especially health. I eat mostly organic natural and raw foods, I'm vegetarian. I respect animals and nature more than humans lol and no I am not saying you don't! everyone has their own way of showing it ;)

Started Muay Thai this past week, feels awesome (painful but awesome)

It's like kickboxing but also adds elbows, I actually had new knee caps growing over my existing one after this past mondays' course (huge bumps) and my knees were all the colours of the rainbow, so pretty lol

Just rough, and intense. An hour and a half of grueling cardio and physical agony lol. Safe to say, it's a total body workout :)

My back went out and I was also stuck with a constant muscle spasm/cramp in my upper left abdominal area. To add insult to injury, I was also sick for a few weeks! But what doesn't kill you only makes you stronger so i'll bounce back :)
