About me
I have been involved in the Health and Fitness industry for over 14 Years now. I am currently the owner of two 24 hour gyms in Victoria BC, Canada. I also have an Independent CrossFit Coaching business at a local CrossFit gym.
Why I workout
It all began with the goal of getting bigger, now my main focus has become well rounded, athletic results focusing on all domains of fitness.
What motivates me to workout
The team of people I have in my life working out around me.

No I didn't make it past the Provincial Sectionals, my wife and a number of our athletes did though, so I am going to support them!
