woohoo!!! I am loving this new workout 5 factor fitness! I haven;t posted mnay more pictures of food yet because i repeated alot also i have been incredibly busy! I will also post the workouts this weekend I promise hugs to all!

About me

Mother of two young children looking to get my body back!!!

Why I workout

Its actually really hard for me to enjoy working out as I need to concentrate on making time for it! Once I get further into it I will really get rolling! So right now I work out to try and achieve the goals that I am looking for! I need to gain more strength and stamina! As I do I am sure the joy of working out will increase!

What motivates me to workout

The challenge!! As much I fall off I want to get back on to move further with results! Aslo, its my time! Having two young children I rarely get me time! So now I create it!

My workout accomplishments

None yet as I have just started out
But I would like my accomplishments to be as follows:

I want to lose 20% bodyfat! How terrible that I need to lose that m uch but truely I do! So now that I know it I have to just do it! Any pointers would be great! Haha

I would also like to lose 40lbs! and tone and transform! Of course!

Glad you are back at it. It's always hard getting back to it after being sick. You are smart to take it slow, no need to rush.

I'm doing good, thanks for asking. My workouts have been pretty boring but they get the job done. Probably will try to spice things up now that the weather is nice.

Thanks. I have heard people that they do half the workouts. There is 2 rounds of exercises in the X. Do one round of chest and Back. Tony always says do your best and forget the rest. If you need motivation. We are all here to keep you there. Have a great day

I'm back at it! I had to go off for a while sure to the flu! but am feeling much better now! I have started eating a more raw food type of diet but still incorporating chicken, fish, turky and the odd red meat its is bbq season after all!!
