This is from Men's Health back in 05 and I'm dumping the magazine so I am putting this here as a reminder. The model who had this recipe said he uses it for post workout.

15 ounce can of No salt added soup [ie Health Valley Mushroom Barley, Split Pea or Black Bean]
1 cup chopped firm or extra firm tofu [I use the steak grilled or the Garlic flavored]
Fresh Ground Pepper

Real simple, chop the tofu. Put the soup in a pan and add the tofu. Heat to boil then add black pepper. Eat up.

If you think the tofu a bit to plain you can marinate it after chopping in anything you want. I just keep some chopped in the refrigerator in my favorite marinade and toss it in as needed when I want soup. It's getting too hot here right now for soup but come cooler weather it will be back to soup
