What are My Workouts?

My Workouts are workouts you have entered data for, plan on entering data for and/or created.

How do I add a workout to My Workouts?

There are 3 ways to add a workout to My Workouts:

  1. Go to Public Workouts, click a workout you want to add and click the Add this workout to My Workouts link
  2. Create a new workout  (It will automatically be added to My Workouts)
  3. Enter workout data  (All workouts you enter data for will be added to My Workouts)

Why should I add workouts to My Workouts?

You will be able to track data for workouts you add to My Workouts.

How do I get to My Workouts?

On the left menu, click My workouts.

Can you introduce me to My Workouts?

How do I filter workouts so I can view workouts that have specific types of exercises?

When is a workout in My Workouts considered to have been performed?

As long as you enter workout data for every exercise that belongs to the workout, then it will be considered as being performed. It does not matter if you enter additonal exercise and/or workout data for the same day.
