What are My Exercises?

My Exercises are exercises you have entered data for, plan on entering data for and/or created.

How do I add an exercise to My Exercises?

There are 5 ways to add an exercise to My Exercises:

  1. Go to Public Exercises, click an exercise you want to add and click the Add this exercise to My Exercises link
  2. Create a new exercise  (The newly created exercise will automatically be added to My Exercises)
  3. Create a new workout  (All exercises that belong to the newly created workout will be added to My Exercises)
  4. Add a workout to My Workouts  (When you add a workout to My Workouts, all of its exercises will be added to My Exercises)
  5. Enter workout data  (All exercises you enter workout data for will be added to My Exercises)

Why should I add exercises to My Exercises?

You will be able to track data for exercises you add to My Exercises.

Available presentations: Data tracking for Strength Training exercises and Data tracking for Cardio exercises

How do I get to My Exercises?

On the left menu, click My exercises.
