Help - My Exercises
What are My Exercises?
My Exercises are exercises you have entered data for, plan on entering data for and/or created.
How do I add an exercise to My Exercises?
There are 5 ways to add an exercise to My Exercises:
- Go to Public Exercises, click an exercise you want to add and click the Add this exercise to My Exercises link
- Create a new exercise (The newly created exercise will automatically be added to My Exercises)
- Create a new workout (All exercises that belong to the newly created workout will be added to My Exercises)
- Add a workout to My Workouts (When you add a workout to My Workouts, all of its exercises will be added to My Exercises)
- Enter workout data (All exercises you enter workout data for will be added to My Exercises)
Why should I add exercises to My Exercises?
You will be able to track data for exercises you add to My Exercises.
Available presentations: Data tracking for Strength Training exercises and Data tracking for Cardio exercises
How do I get to My Exercises?
On the left menu, click My exercises.
