Help - Create / Edit a Workout
Why should I create a Workout?
The two main reasons you should create a new workout are:
- It is much quicker to add a workout when entering workout data than it is to add individual exercises.
- You will be able to track data for your created workout.
How do I create a new Workout?
After I create a new Workout where can it be found?
The 3 places your newly created workout can be found are:
- Under the Created tab in My Workouts.
- Under the All tab in My Workouts.
- If you made the workout public, it can be found in Public Workouts.
Keep in mind that all exercises belong to a workout you create will be added to My Exercises if they are not already there.
Is there a place I can view all of my created Workouts?
Yes. Go to My Workouts and click the Created tab.
How do I edit a Workout?
You can edit any workout you created or that you have added to My Workouts.
To edit a workout, go to My Workouts, select either the All tab or Created tab and click edit
next to workout you want to edit. The process for editing a workout is the same as creating a workout.
